Daniel Morris
Daniel Morris is a Canterbury-born artist, who has been exhibiting and selling his work since graduating from the Kent Institute of Art and Design (now UCA), in 1992. Morris prefers to paint and draw on site, so he can fully experience the location, and enjoys the challenges this way of working presents, especially the changes in light and weather conditions.
Taught by the late John Bruce, he has sold work worldwide and undertaken numerous commissions. His achievements include runner-up at the SAA Artists of the Year competition, which culminated in the exhibition at the Royal Pastel Society Summer Show in Pall Mall Galleries.
