Neil Carroll

Neil Carroll is a self-taught oil painter from London. His work can be found in collections worldwide. Carroll has been painting full-time since 2017 after beginning his work in oils in 2011. His work focuses on everyday items and objects we would usually dismiss such as condiments, iced donuts, and tomatoes.

Carrols’s piece “Jar of Strawberries’ was previously selected for the Royal Institute of Oil Painters Annual Exhibition in the Mall Galleries in London.

“I don’t try to paint what is in front of me, I try to paint something with atmosphere and interest based on the subject. I remove as much detail as possible and paint as broadly as my mood allows” – Neil Carroll
