Thirsty Bstrd is a French visual artist from Paris. To create his work, he uses spray paint, stencils, stickers and videos. Thirsty Bstrd's work mainly consists in making satirical comments about society, politics and consumerism through pop-culture references and subversive sense of humour.
From 2011 to 2015 Thirsty Bstrd was the artistic director of his own creative agency based in Paris. As a part of his work, he worked as a curator and organiser of numerous urban art exhibitions in Paris and Los Angeles, showing his own art at every opportunity.
Thirsty Bstrd has attracted attention in several art auctions and he has been featured in numerous group shows and events. His stencils can be seen by a worldwide audience in the street so we are very excited to bring his work to Canterbury.
Our private view for Thirsty Bstrd's show will take place on Saturday, the 8th of June at 6pm. Join us for an evening of thought-provoking art, engaging conversation and a delicious glass of Prosecco! The event will take place at Lilford Gallery on 3 Palace Street.
